Get to Know Me
I became a counselor thanks to my grandfather, a counselor who encouraged my curiosity about people. As a child, we’d sit at the mall, sipping coffee and imagining the lives of strangers—a pastime that grew into my passion for understanding others. My approach is collaborative and research-driven, drawing from ACT for individuals and Gottman for couples (I gift The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work at every wedding)! Outside of sessions, I’m running local races, roller skating with friends, or gathered with my big Italian family for Sunday pasta and espresso.
