Hi! I’m Chelsea, and I’m excited to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing and growth. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or major life changes, I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I work with clients ages 5 and up to help build confidence, resilience, and healthier ways of coping. My passion lies in helping adolescents and emerging adults navigate life’s challenges. I welcome clients from all cultures and backgrounds, am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and am deeply committed to supporting BIPOC communities, military individuals, and their families.

Outside of therapy, you can usually find me soaking up the outdoors, sipping my morning matcha latte (I fully embrace my tea snob status), or spending way too much time at thrift stores hunting for the perfect home décor finds. I love walking with my neighborhood friends, catching up on psychological thrillers, or indulging in a bit of trashy reality TV to unwind. Finding joy in the little things helps me recharge, and I bring that same energy into my work—helping others find what brings them peace, balance, and fulfillment.
