Get to Know Me
Outside of the office, I am almost always embracing and nurturing my inner child in one way or another. I play video games, dungeons and dragons, rock climb, practice yoga, and prioritize quality time with my family and friends. I believe that our society tends to pathologize natural, protective mental health responses to systemic issues. It is my purpose as a counselor to compassionately guide you in embracing resilient, adaptive change, and a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful to you.
